I have 19 keys and i don't know which one I'm missing

I found my last key in the pool, restart the game so the pool is empty refind all red buttons and click them all, one allows the panel in the floor of the pool to move revealing the 20th key

So you have to

refresh again after the pool is full?

I'm confused... have 11 keys and refreshed a couple times

I cant replay the game as when I start it I already have all 20 keys, I cant remeber where all of them were

I believe the red button for the panel on the side of the house is under the bottom left corner of the batman poster, slide the panel up, sometimes theres a poem instead of a key
