with the view of the bookshelf and the white box, click on the lower left corner (couch corner) and also the missing book space on the shelf

in first scene by door, click left of couch to zoom, get note 1
click corner of carpet, get note 2. zoom out
go right

get mystery jar (bottle with ? on it)
click bottom of left cushion get note 3, zoom out
click just below picture two, get note 4 zoom out

go right
click left of boxes, right of chair -- get note 5 zoom out
click white box -- get note 6 zoom out
click missing book spot, get note 7

go right
click on left poster corner get note 8
click on open red book, get note 9
click below book mark get note 10 zoom out
click trash can -- get note 11
click between the upper left corner of the right desk, and the chair get note 12
click upper left corner of desk, get note 13

I can't find the note 11 (according to your walkthrough), on the room

did you get the one when you click the white trash can to get a better view of the floor by the desk, click the edge of the desk near the chair on the right, then on the bottom of the right side of the desk,click the left side,, and it will show the inside "leg"

I don't think you are missing any, when I read your walkthrough, all the notes were there

Missing Paper:

when you click on the space where there is a book missing on the bookshelf, a piece of paper should appear in your inventory

i realized i got that without knowing -- thank you, but still missing one :-\

is there a note in the scene to the left of the door, with all the strange paint?

this game doesn't seem to like me very much. haha

when you click on the white garbage can by desk you should get 3 papers all together, 1 in can, 2nd under right side desk and 3rd on left side (click upper left corner)

the left hand side white poster, the corner should peal back
