Well then it should work with "Flashman.8m.net". Are you sure you made no mistake when you typed in??? I have no other idea to help you at the moment, because I played the game twice following my walkthrough and had no problems. Good luck!

Walkthrough:

Turn to the sofa, click on the left next to the sofa (use tab key to find hotspot), get key.
Open drawer with key, get note
Open new window in your browser, type in the URL from note. You get a fake error message, click on message with clock setting there. (Please note that there may be some ad first from the sponsors of the site. In that case just wait a couple of seconds, the fake error message will appear after this). It will lead you to a site with the code.
Turn to window, click on right side of window, enter code, get 2nd note
Turn to pc, turn it on, click on blue icon, enter ID-code from 2nd note.
