i think if you find the holographic eye thing in the first room, it gives you a code. You get another code in each room.

In each room there's a little box type thing you need to click on and a message from your 'friend' comes up with a code for the next room.

On the right there is a machine...insert the sample into this machine.
Read what it gives. Check the sphere thing next to it. You will also have to find some lichen. to make the right medicine.
