Help! I've read all of the forum including the walkthrough and the problem is the diary does not show up at the beginning of the game! I need the date so I can open the suitcase. Could some one give me the code for the suitcase or is it random?

Lol, I had played this game a looooong time ago. But now I restarted and can't find the diary either (it's not in my inventory at the beginning, nor on the counter on the left in front of the window where I had found it when I played it). Strange... I'm still looking for it...

does anyone know how to put the password into the phone?

Click on the cell phone and then the ?about items,? in the inventory and click on the screen of the phone.

While viewing the phone?click on the card (you just put the window #?s on) and then click in the box where the password goes. It works!!!

Click on coaster with url and click in url box on the phone. Wow ya got that too!!!

theres no diary in the english version, i looked in the japanese one and found it there. after putting in the code, the bottle of wine disappeared from the english version of the game though...

well, you're a lifesaver! thanks to your comment i got the date from the diary (from japanese version)! but i played this game nearly a year ago - also in english version - and there WAS a diary! curious...

Arrrrrrrrrrrg!!!

Wow. What a wasted day for me playing this game for HOURS AND HOURS. It wasn't until I got to PAGE 17 of this thread that I found out the DATE IN THE DIARY that I NEVER HAD because I'M PLAYING THE ENGLISH VERSION. And I didn't find out that the English version doesn't HAVE THE DIARY until the VERY LAST PAGE IN THIS THREAD!
This game was about enough to put me off room escape games for LIFE! Grrrrrrr.

Oh and btw? All the links to the walkthru were posted on another site that were listed for about the first umpteen pages DON'T WORK. THE LINK DOESN'T FRICKIN' WORK! REMOVE IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! (or fix it).

Also, why did I never get to/have to use my glass of marguirita in the game?? :/

I can understand that you are frustrated.

BUT:

1. You have to keep in mind that most of the posts have been made a long time ago, when only the Japanese version was out.
2. We can't continually check if the links that are posted in every thread are still working.
3. There is a link to the walkthrough in the first post. (Btw, I have now added the date from the diary to the walkthrough since the diary is missing in the English version)
