Have you tried the numbers from the walkthrough?
If they don't work, the you have another question. Did you find your historical question? What does it say?

The game is in Japanese.
You have to find the exit several times, leave the room and someone forces you back in...
1. click the picture twice -> Now, the door opens
2. click the book under the fax mashine to get the number then click on the fax and change the number 99999.... to the "correct" number -> leave the room
3. click the computer, it says: "Under the hole the place where innocence/calm is" there click 8 times...still looking for the spot

the black booth tells you that there is nothing in suitcase...
When you shut the lights out each time the number changes since you are in new room

Yes, all that you posted is true. But: DON'T FORGET TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT IN THE FIRST 5 ROOMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO RESTART THE GAME (see my walkthrough).
