I have

a hammer, a stone, a message in a bottle that I can't open, and a jug of spring water.

Still searching and clicking...

So far I have

an empty bottle, a rock, a cactus thorn, a hammer, and a note I got from a jar.

Use cactus thorn on cork.

And stuck for the moment!

I have made progress!

I found a new screen. You can locate it when you get the cactus thorn. And now I have a compass.

Check the sand on the screen where you got the stone, I think...

I've done everything but the hammer.

EDIT: Found the hammer, and used it.

Use it on the compass, and get the needle.
