I think you have to nap 2 times. When it is raining outside you will see a drip at the end of the bed.

I'm not sure about the wheel I havent figured that one out yet...was it ever raining? The drip is at the end of the bed when it is raining outside.

Rings

For the golden ring click the umbrella and click the question mark for a larger view. Then click on the strap of the umbrella. Make sure that you see the larger view of the umbrella when you are facing the colourful drawers so that you will find the golden ring under the bed.
For the silver ring you need to water the plant, sometimes you need to water it twice. Then you will get the silver ring
