you can fill the bowl with water and fill the tubes! Do it as the code from the sink! As for the purple sign, fill one tube, place the bowl under the tube-tap and click it!

For the purple= fill the bowl with water and then pour it in one of the tubes. put the bowl on the filament and click the yellow round thing. Then, according to the hint on the sink fill the rest tubes
