I've also noticed that if you watch out the window for long enough, you see a gust of wind come and blow a wire towards you from the left, but can't figure out if this does anything (yet!)

when the wind blows the wire grab your knife and click the wire

you cut the wire that is being blown and then tie it to the bolt so you can get the second key

......after that im stuck

It's behind the pipe. Click near the pipe at the bottom

you cut the wire that is being blown and then tie it to the bolt so you can get the second key......after that im stuck
