When you want to move out from something you usually click the very bottom of the screen, towards the middle.

I can't see anything... when I starth the game and the movie sequense with the clown is done, ll I see is this whit room with a tv and a green thing in it. If I click them, I can't do anything

It doesn't do anything. I click on the green thing or the clown picture and it just sits there looking stupid. WTH do I do?

It works but it needs some experience cause it is a bit unusual to control. At least this was my impression because first I had also difficulties with it but later it was no problem anymore. (And in the meantime I killed myself 3 times...)
