To get upstairs door unlocked open dumbwaiter (small elevator in kitchen) door then find hole in the wall. The dumbwaiter is by the window to the left of the refrigerator. Has anyone figured out how to eat the soup yet???

don't worry once u see the tin of veg near pot open it pour tin into pot get matches from draw just under pot click on match box match will light automatic put match under pot the soup will het get spoon from sink n eat soup!!!!

I've done everything. the crank is still stuck. and i can't open the upstairs door. not that i really need to as i know it's a "to be continued". but whatever. how can you people knock this game?? the gameplay and graphics are amazing. i'm sick to death of those cheaply done escape room games that look like they took 1 hour to design. so the story continues. be excited that someone is making another high tech mystery game; or else create one of your own for us to do.
oh. and that damn monster on the famous painting scared the bleep out of me.

after you open the upstairs is there any way to finish it i'm way to interested in this one and i want to know if you can go upstairs and finish it!! and you don't have to go in any certain order doing anything because the first time i figured it out i opened the safe and everything before i went into the kitchen and the clock doesn't open the kitchen going on the bathroom and turning on the hot water does.. and to get out you have to take the pills in the medicine cabinet

so yeah is there anything after you open the upstairs door?
