What happens when you get all the secrets?

In my experience, nothing happens. You just finish the game with a message saying you found them all.

You can read my post above; it just outlines that you can find all the secrets, but when you try to open/uncover the secret entrances they won't open for you. So basically nothing happens and you are left with no reward for your achievement - or so they want you to believe, but there may be some way & there may be more to it.

But I haven't uncovered it and so far I know not of one who has.

Ok here I am again. Trying to get through the sewers. I have unlocked the sewer door and gone left 9 to get a secret. I then come back out and go in again. As per the previous posts I have gone left, but when I come to go down, the hand only points to left or turns into an arrow. Am I missing something??? Or is my system bugged. I really want to play this game. Has anyone else experienced the same problem. Please HELP

submachine looks like a nice game but I got a problem.
I can't play it because my mouse dissapear on the moment that you can see the machine with the joysticks.
And without mouse is playing not easy.
What's wrong??
