Okay. Get the shovel and use it on the garage to open the panel and get the blue filter. Use that to find a kind of hole and use the shovel on that to get the crayons. Kind of pointless though. I can't seem to use them.

Okay, are you sure you are using the shovel? Click on it to highlight itand then click and drag the panel.
