i rang the doorbell to the house, the rocket went up..waited some..came back down...now its in my way..now what??

Click the front part of the rocket, you should see some text that's different from when you click the rest of the rocket, that's the location of the panel But you can't open it unless the fence post is flashing.

omg i give up...ive been clicking all around it and i do see something different, but i cant do nothing with it!..and yes the fence is flashing pretty colors too xD
