Nevermind, I found it, for anyone else who is clueless, in the room where you get the brownish colored key, click on the window and its up by the chimney, click around outside and you will find it.

I can't remember where I got the brownish key. I've searched everywhere but still can't find any orange key so I'm really badly stuck right now... Any help would be appreciated

Complete Walkthrough

Message reads:

Detective James:
I'm Professor Stanley from XXX Research Centre. Please come over to my house asap. I've got something important to tell you.

Getting into house
Right side of garage, get Pole
Click Right yellow arrow
Click Right arrow again
Click on tree with paper plane
Highlight the Pole in inventory and click on paper plane again
Paper plane falls to the ground, pick it up
Examine Paper plane, open it up, you'll get a code
go back to the front with the blue door
click once on blue door, it says: The door is locked...
then enter the code found on the paper
green light blinks, click on door to open it

Lighter

first floor, enter yellow door to left
Get lighter behind the pipe
Leave the toilet

Go up 2nd floor, enter first (dark slate green) door
Click on teal-colored key on top of the toilet paper holder
Leave the toilet
Go down first floor, go down the hallway till you see a gate and a teal-colored door
highlight the teal-colored key
click on door, something clicks and you can enter the room

Click on vase with flowers, get the grey key sticking out from the top of the vase
Exit the room
Go down the hallway till you reach the grey door
Highlight the grey key in inventory and click on door. Something clicks, and you can enter the room

(Animation plays)

Click on bean bag on the right end of the corner of the room

Get white key under the bean bag

Use the white key to open the other door in the room

Click behind the bathtap and you'll find an olive-colored key.

The olive-colored key opens the green door next to the pink doors.

Click on left arrow

Highlight lighter and click on candle, candle lights up

get a stake of meat from box

(animation plays)

You're stuck in the kitchen

Get bottle of wine next to the stack of plates

Get a plate

From where you are, click twice on the door to the top right side of the screen

You'll need something to get pass the rabid dog

Examine the plate in your inventory

Click on the meat, then click on the plate. Meat should be on plate.

Next click on the bottle of wine, and then on the meat.

The meat turns color.

Place the meat on the dog's bowl. Dog should fall asleep after eating it.

Go to the white gate.

Get the statue lying on the floor beneath the bush.

zoom in on blue entrance door again, and enter the same code you entered before. Enter the house.

Go up the flight of stairs.
You'll find a pink key on the floor. Get the key and go down the stairs.
Open the pink doors with the pink key.
Get a cup, exit the blue screen door. Click on blue key on window latch. Highlight blue key to open the blue door on 2nd floor.
(animation plays...)

"Head hurts... how did I get here?... (scream was heard outside) Who was that??"

Exit the room, enter the pink room, and then enter the blue screen door.
Get the box from his hands. Open the box, you'll get all your stuff back.
Click on guy, caption says: "He's totally knocked out, guess he's the culprit all along..."

Go up to the 2nd floor, enter the blue room using the blue key.
Click on bookshelf and get the brown diary.
Examine the diary, flip to the end of the page, you'll get a code. Jot it down.
Click on right arrow.
Click on balcony door.
Get the brown key on the balcony floor.
There's nothing else on the balcony. Go back to the study room.
To the far left of the study room, there's a shadow of another door next to the red sofa. Click on it.
Click on flight of steps.
There's a key near the chimney. Get the yellow/orange key.
Click on guy if you want. It says: ""What an unfortunate fella... he must have fallen from here..."
Go back into the study room. Exit the room.

Use the brown key to open the brown door next to the blue door.
Get the extension cord from the red box on the left side of the closet.
Nothing else's there. Exit the room.
Use the yellow/orange key to open the door at the other end of the hallway.
Follow the arrow.
Facing the bed, click on balcony door.

"Professor's fainted, quick, carry him to the bed..."

Click on professor, he's on the bed.
Click on him
he mouths: "Water... water..."

Go down to the first floor, go through the pink doors.
Click on flask.
Click on cup in inventory.
Click on flask for it to fill it with water.
Go to the old man, highlight the filled cup and click on him.

"Thank you..."

"My important documents..." The old man muttered.

Click on left arrow.
Click on door to the left. You'll enter the restroom.
Click on mirror.
Key in the code from the diary into the keypad on the wall.
Code: 18668798
Highlight statue in inventory, and place it in slot in wall.
Click on pattern above the toilet.

"Looks like a place to slot many keys in... it also wrote... "Please guide me towards the light during dark times..."



Switch off the light.
Zoom in on pattern. Take note of color patterns.
Zoom out. Turn on the light.
Slot in the keys in their respective places in the patterned wall.
Take the folder of documents from within the wall.
Go back to the old man and pass the documents to him.

"Call the ambulance.. please..."

Go downstairs and enter the grey room.
Click on phone.
Use the extension cord on phone. Click on phone.

Finds a namecard of the REAL professor.

Hi can someone help me?? I have found and done everything, I' m about to call 911, so I click on the phone, zoom in click again, nothing happens. I can see the tip of the namecard, but nothing happens when I click on it. What do I do now?????
