the olnly i figure out was that when u r in the train waggon, open the bag u have and find the code penguin gave u. Then click the postcard stuck on the train (with tree) and the code goes on the train code bar automatically. Now I have to find out the rest of the numbers. Mayby it had to do something with the numbers of the snowvan

But the last letter is supposed to be 23?

The side of the snow plough type vehicle gives you a clue to the code, enter the code the penquin gave you and then work out the numbers for the missing letters - the first word is already entered ie To
