I've got the same problem, except that I have a library card aswell

from jackets, click a couple of times at the right one if I remember correctly

Idea:

use Library card on door's with "the flimsy lock". Right before you go into the guest bed room (the one with the picture of the woman in it) look at the double doors on your right, maybe try using the library card to jimmy the lock?

PS I can't find the library card

K, I found a balcony. Go into the living room and click on the white door you see. you can also move to the right for another angle of the balcony by clicking on the white fence/railing on the bottom/right corner
