In the dream sequence there is something black (box?) beside the house (Frank's shack?). Maybe we have to open that door in the lab, but no idea how.

I am sorry, I did alot of things before I finally gave him the cards, so I don't know what triggers it. I didn't even know what to do, so I was just trying to give every item to him.

Antifreeze is in a spoiler for the meat i mentioned above, and I have the leg and rop and can't do anything either.
