I dont know, I am stuck at the same point and i can't figure it out. i also can't figure out how the get the tea to the police officer, i have the tea bag and the tea cup

I managed to get the teabag to the officer - took a lot of attempts but didn't get a tea cup tho! I have all I need now I think except I cannot give cards to Trapper.
