The first one is easy, but I'm stuck at the second. I have

for the first one:

go to the hallway bit that has doors to the locker room and the bathroom. on the right side of the hall is a white block. use the ladder on that

grrr the 2nd one is driving me batty already..got the gold and silver key, a bottle of ... well, whatever is in it..and a sponge

a ladder?! where the hell is a ladder? I just see some chaos in a restaurant, crying faces , a bizarr character in corner, a cook and 2 waiters? I can't turn left nore right and i can't go towards to corridor...so I can't move at all ?????

ah ok.... uhm I found the ladder (finally!! è_é ) and what do you do with the broom you can't pick up? near the ventilation shaft?

its in the pool table. you have to play that thingy (eeerh i dont know what you call it in english. the one where you press the start button to get three symbols that look like each other)
you get a coin. use the coin on the pool table to get coin

Stuck at the same place.. Maybe it has something to do with the note found in the picture where the safe is? Or how do I open the safe??

And what was the point in finding all those things like sponge?? Did I use it at all??? Noooooo
