Shinto Shrine (Jinja)

ok, i got two orbs, a crowbar, the thing to dig with (used), duct tape (used), two keys (used), and a fuse. I used the bow and arrow on that shinto thing and now it's gone up and turned on the fuse box, but I can't find the second floor of the house everyone is talking about.

im stuck :/
