Acid.

Just use the bucket on the acid where you bought the rope earlier

I think you have everything else, so once you get it just go back to the factory.

If you've met the guard, you'd have gotten the clothes. If you have the clothes, the guard of the Hall of Truth will ask for a speech. So, you'll have to get the Writer to write you one. And to do that...you gotta get paper and give it to the Stranger who will draw a picture of a rocket. And for inside the Hall of Truth, you gotta choose the right things to say, if you don't get it right, you'll just start over. No big.

Finally finished the game...

and I agree the ending sucked. It was a great game to play though! It reminds me of the Pajama Sam and Spy Fox kids games my child used to play. Very entertaining!
