For me it loads fine. You probably need an update of your Flash Player to the version 8(and you have to register to play).
How to check your current player version and where to download version 8:

I'm stuck in act 6.. I found the cards and I solved the Shakespeare-puzzle and there was some kind of bean stock behind it. I also found another half of the Last Will of Morton. I have found the magnifying glass and I ques that now I should explore the painting with it... but I have no idea what I was supposed to find from the painting! If someone could give me a little hint what to do next ..?

          I don't get it....where's the cannon?

About the paper in the cannon, you can get it after you complete the stuff on the Script. Once you fill in the missing number and quote on the second half of the Act III Script, the cannon will lower and you'll be able to get the paper. But it only tells you where to go to see the ending scene of Act III
I finished the quote and the number, but I don't see a canon anywhere!

              Ok...in part 4 now...

Um...I have the bible, the code, where's the safe? I thought I saw it before, but can't find it now. Sigh. I've searched the stage, the backstage, the secret living quarters, the anteroom, the dressing room, the theater, the foyer, the circle, everyplace I can think of...help?

it's in the room with the telescope/bathtub/fireplace. face the fireplace and right next to the door on the left is the safe.

The cannon is in that room with the Shakespeare prop puzzle was (its been a while since I've played this but its the room that is "backstage" of the stage.) The cannon kinda blends in with the rest of that room but if you keep turning you should be able to walk forwards and grab something that sparkles like the other objects and clues in the game. Hope that helps!

Prop puzzle? What prop puzzle? There were lots of props backstage, but I didn't spot any puzzle involving them. As it was I got through the 3rd act without it...somehow...then got stuck in the next section, trying to find the safe once I had the code. Sigh. Oh well. I didn't save, so I'd have to go back through the whole thing.

OKay, this is quite a painful thing to ask, but how do you get to act 2? Everytime I finish act 1 it says the others are all locked. I figure I must be missing something vital in game that unlocks the next act, but I can't find it, I've replayed act 1 several times now, doing absolutly everything I can, but I still get nowhere. Any ideas?

Yeah it had happened with me too. What I did was logged out and logged in again. I had to actually play Act 1 twice to open Act 2. Try that it might help

Its been a while but if you are looking at the stage, there should be the door to the dressing room where the first victim died and another door to the right of it that leads to the room with the prop puzzle. I remember the puzzle being a list of plays (Hamlet, Romeo & Juliette, etc) and an equal number of props to match to their respective plays (there was a skull, etc). I have been trying to check the location by playing the game again but it never loads. If I can get it to load and I am wrong about the location, I'll post the correct location.
