apparently you still can't use the Tape...
on Act II, you can get a Flashlight that's never used, and on Act III you can get Nightvision Goggles that I haven't found an use for yet... maybe you'll keep getting stuff to see in the dark?
I also found a Cell Phone with it's batteries out. Is there any way to recharge them in Act III? because I've found a telephone number written in a scrap of paper on the stage
