Solution to the first light -
Basicly I have no idea why but these are the numbers you should enter instead of the fractions:
(I didn't find a number for 5 but if you have one that doesn't appear below then that's the 5).

I really don't get number 2. I am counting them right but nothing is happening. This also happens to be the last light I need. Help please?

I think it kind random number when you start play the game. so it was random number it differance number that what they had.

I don't have that number on my game.

I am still trying to figure out #1. Have used all previous clues. Thanks. Trying to figure out all formulas. L/L (add, sub, div, mult)? Here is what I have S/L add, L/M sub, M/M mult. etc. I am guessing that L/S Sub and M/L is add? Any clues anyone. Thanks

lol... the first one is unsolvable if you don't know Japanese

look at the table of hiragana at this page

focus on the left part only, from a to o, and from a to wa
the numerator of the fraction stands for colomn number (row number in this table)
the denominator stands for row number (colomn number in this table)

then take a look at the Japanese numbers
