lol... the first one is unsolvable if you don't know Japanese

look at the table of hiragana at this page

focus on the left part only, from a to o, and from a to wa
the numerator of the fraction stands for colomn number (row number in this table)
the denominator stands for row number (colomn number in this table)

then take a look at the Japanese numbers

you should know how to solve now

a hint for someone who still don't know..
when you read the "Table of hiragana" at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiragana ,
be reminded that you need to count aslo the first line [a, i, u, e, o with blue colour] at "vowels"...
then you have the correct code to go the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_numbers to check the meaning of it...

think of what number the missing lines make like the one that looks like a e you need two more lines and they look like a 1 so the the 1 away from 8 and you get 7

hint for 3rd one: substract top from bottom...
hint for 5th one: use the phone...

besides, i've got how to make 2nd and 6th, but it does not work out.
i think that in the 2nd one you have to count the number of strikes for each sign.
for the 6th one you should use a pc keyboard and type in the numbers marked red.
