i figured out half but cant seem to get the rest

Is there a way to decrease the quality? I've got it running all glitchy. I've tried exactly the solution offered for 14 and I end up with varying results (invariably bad.)



edit: nm, I reduced the quality and it's still all buggy. Any ideas?
