lvl 22 here, don't move the lower gear, leave it be. should work right where it is.

The middle cog has to be low enough to ride with the car, high enough to touch to roof, and close enough to the back wheel to turn...tricky

Edit: Cool, 2 entirely different solves.

I'm pretty sure this is not the official method, but it worked for me twice.

I am on 37, and give it a long break.

Most of the balloon levels were easier than the previous. The last one has me stymied. I have come close building a car with bars sticking forward to pry open the passage. Attached balloons and it nearly floated down to the landing spot but the bars (jaws of life, hehe) made landing impossible.

My brain is tired of that one.

I'm on 39 and it just isn't working out, I think me and the balloons are going to have a domestic
