I am checking a Japanese site and someone solved the upper left puzzle:

that thing indicates order to press the button in front. then

press the button the numbers of dots

yeah while I was writing I was a bit confused too.. lol

basically, press
3rd button 3 times
2nd button 1 time
4th 6 times
1st 5 times
2nd 1 time.

Look at the puzzle in the upper left corner.
Which positions are darker in each line? (starts with 3, 2)
Then push the buttons with the dots in that order, but each button the number of times of the dots.
So 3rd button 3 times, then 2nd button once etc.

I removed the fan and there are 6 buttons and now stuck.

removed blade cover (3 screws) and removed blade. Follow the code from upper right quadrant

RBS, I am not sure about roman numeral code. I see the hint but can't figure it out.

By the way the is a visable screw in the back view extreme close up of top slot. I removed it.

What do you think is the hint for Romans #'s?

5 1 3 6, from dotty buttons, 2 and 3 positions flip flop on the circuit

I think the hint must be the very bottom thing - 4 grey things. When you look at them there are some kinda marks on each of them (one of them doesn't have anything on though).
