Yeah the game was hard at first but you'll get the hang of it eventually and I finished the living room and the kitchen!

No cutter is needed at the end.

It's easy, just put stuff in front of other stuff's arrows and make a cutter that will reach the cage.

P.S. The cage will turn yellow if a cutter reaches it

You don't have to use a cutter. I finished mine with a roller
