Any hints on the two in 8 in the upper-right with the apostrophes? I went through every chain I could think of, and these two must not be around here.

Tony Roma's
The other I have only EVER seen once, thus I don't know how to give a clue, so here's the spoiler:
Baker's Square

Hard to hint these...
Top one sounds a lot like a quarterback wearing spurs (?) and dated J****** S******.
Bottom one is not Butcher's Triangle.

one 9 letter off centre (you use markers on it),

4
One was named Bumble
Snakes on a plane? She had snakes on a head.
6
Don't know which 2 off center you're looking for, but...
He's a breakfast cereal, cap'n. Crunchy, like a hippie.
7
The 9 letter one is just the opposite of the one it's linked it.
7 letter one is a good place to trim a cuticle. Or something. I always get my t and b mixed up.
2 word is that blessed day at the end of the week when you get to wear jeans to work.
8
The ones you're looking for are all peppers.
11
Burger King sells them too, but they don't taste the same at all.
12
If you're Team Jacob, you love this book. Also, if you're Team Jacob or Team Edward, you're dead to me.
If you ever watched Deep Space 9, you'll get this. Or if you've ever bought a bad apple.
14
I don't even know how to hint for this if you've never seen the show. First two words are the same as the one next to it, which should be all the help you need.
15
En garde! *gulp*
18
What organization would you need to be in to sail a f******?
Just change one letter from h********
Bryan F**** formed the next clue, and the one after that was their biggest hit (I think)
20
Pole vault, sprints, marathons, shotput, javelin, all that fun stuff.
20
C. Everett Koop has a magnificent beard.
21
It's what H**** D**** called the kids in his audience.
23
If you have h*** and you want a black and tan, you'll need this.
24
One of the words to 19 is a planet, a car, and a highly toxic metal.

2 off centre for 6 are 7, 4 and 10 letters long.
7. West
Thanks, managed to get one of them, but the 2 word one is still eluding me.

Put spoilers in where I could help.
1 Complete
2 missing one after W***
Specific type of w*** from I****
3 missing one between A****** and G****
FINALLY FIGURED THIS ONE OUT!!!another name for the head starting with C
4 missing 3...between centre word and F***** T** S******, and 2 leading from centre, 6 letters each
[spoiler]Hmmm.... that could be three, and I have two: one is a specific Gorgon, one is a brain eater, and I don't know the third (the one below K*** K***)
5 one above A*
Which one?
6 2 off centre, one off P*****, one off R** and the apostrophied one[/I]
Name for a fan of the singer that you will unlock when you solve this clue and p***** is part of the answer.
For the one off r**, it is another type of spirit.
For the apostrophed one, think of something similar S******* W****, but that would incorporate C****** K*** (and the letter after the apostrophe is not s.
7 one off S******* W****, one 9 letter off centre, 7 and the 2 word one off centre
For the first one, reference solutions to #6.
For the 9 letter one off of center (crazy Brits and your funny spelling), the word is politically incorrect(pfff - whatever), and their day is on the Wednesday on the last full week of April.
There are several two-letter ones off of the center - one is usually big, black and square and Arthur Anderson likes getting rid of their contents. The other is/are little metal objects.
8 one off T** F*****, and 2 lots of 8 letters connected to T*** B*** and C*****
For T** F******, two words: dress code
For the star/pentagram on this pane, Google "types of peppers" and click on the visual reference for peppers (one of the first links) - every answer is on that page.
9 3 off H********, 10, 5, 7, letters long, then 9, 6 off T** K*****
Missing all three of those myself.
10 one off centre 11 letters
This is a better pair of ears for the doctor
11 off centre 8 letters
This is the only candy I know to come in a paper milk carton - also a word for a HUGE fib/lie/fish story
12 3 missing, one off V***** 6 letters, one off T** U****** 7 letters, 8 between h*** and u*******
Can't help with the first one - I'm missing that one too.
For the 7 letter one - this is Mitsubishi's attempt at a small sports car and popular with tuners - but don't stare directly at it our you can go blind.
For the 8 letter one, it's a way to get from one place to another in space instantly, but they are considered very unstable. The first four letters are something you use for bait with a hook, sinker, and bobber.
13 complete
14 between centre and T** G******* S*** O* E****
TV show (wouldn't call it a sitcom) with William Katt, Connie Seleca, and Robert Culp
15 one off F**** S*** 5, 9
This person could cut themselves very badly if something goes wrong. They can also stab their lunch.
16 2 missing off centre 5, 8, and 8
Yep - missing both of those, too.
17 2 off O*******, 6 letter on right hand side
Missing the ones off of the O clue.
6 letter - Cake song Short Skirt, Long ......
18 6 missing, one off F******, one off h********, one off L*******, one off C********** C**** and then the one off that 4 2 3 4
one off F****** - Who would use the RMS Birmingham
one off h******** - rhymes with h********, one letter different
one off C********** C**** - think of a Quiksilver brand for girls and you have the first word (I have no idea what the connection is though)
for the one off of that 4 2 3 4, if you have iTunes, it's their second most popular song sorted by popularity. If not, it equates an emtion with a narcotic.
19 one between centre and C****** O* F*** 2 off S***** and one off S****** O*******
one between center and CoF, google the movie, find out what it was about, and think of the GENERAL classification of events it would be in at the games.
one of the clues off of S***** is another figure from mythology and used to find the clue it is connected to in 24.
Don't have the other two.
20 one off P*** 4, 5 and one off centre 7, 7
Don't have the first one.
For the second one, google Jocelyn Elders
21 one between P***** and H**** D****, off centre 5, 6, and 3, one off L*** C***
First one - google all three words together in this order: H D P - should give you the answer.
For 5,6 - missing that one, too.
For 3, two words: Gordon Shumway.
For L*** C***, what was L*** C*** made from (and we are not talking about an animal or cut of meat)
22 4 off centre, 4, 8, 7 and 9 letters, one off D*******
23 connection between H*** and B***
Think of your Irish neigbors and a beverage
24 off centre, 6, and 5 letters, word off H********, and the 2 words north east leading to square 19.
6 letters - type of particularly violent sea storm
5 letters - what you do to a cake.
Missing the two word clue off H********
25 one off middle, 8, 3 one off G***** 9, one off middle 9
one off middle 8,3 - missing that one, too.
on off g***** - herbal supplement for immune system - may also be appear as ********* purpura
one off middle 9 - there's one of these in Gloucestershire - Westonbirt *********.
That's it. Doesn't help I'm a Brit I don't think...
