The PM is a clue for how to solve 53 -- notice the first letters spell SQUID -- which is how you solve 53. Kind of makes you think there isn't another solution for that level...
New thought for the day -- don't know if anyone has found a purpose for "Goh.ComeLetArgo", but it does anagram into "Google chromate". I did, but nada.

I don't know if you already knew this, but that anagram was supposed to be a clue for the actual level itself. The solution to the anagram is GoogleEarth.com hinting that you must input the coordinates in the level with Google Earth. I don't think there is anything useful for Stop in that level.
