Read the level of the title carefully and apply that to the url.

Stuck on 9. I know what to do and have a word but it doesn't work. I know I've done the correct thing though. Hmmmm . . .

passed level 6 mainly by cheating.
level 8, i assume the word is hidden on the cat somewhere?
help clue as to where?

It's a well known cipher - probably the most popular. The level title gives you a clue as well.
