It's a well known cipher - probably the most popular. The level title gives you a clue as well.

That made no sence to me i still stuck on numba 5

This was 2 weeks ago... where are the new levels? I was really digging this one- I hope you come up with more levels soon...

its just the latest in the current trend of creators abandoning their riddles.
This is the 6th or so I've started and the creator just left it for dead.
