seems a little too simple to be the last puzzle. Maybe you actually do have to decode it...

i've tried 15-20 different stars and things, nothing. I've tried decoding, nothing, ive tried coding the possible stars with the code given nothing. I'm going mental here|!!!!!!!!!!

I tried decoding the message in the box by using the code on the top (well, using it how I think it's meant to be used). No such luck. I'm so confused. Nothing seem to be working.
