don't actually think so but it could be...

the last one was a caesar cipher/rot. the decoding could be done by rotating the alphabet to find the key (in this case, 3 over where key=A,B,C,etc code=C,D,E,etc.) If that makes sense

anyhow, this one isn't a simple ROT... so i'll assume cryptogram. haven't figured it out yet though
