Ok, now having trouble with #28. I IMDB'ed the pic name but nothing that came up seemed to make any sense. Any help?

Oh gosh I am still stuck on 28 for the last 2 days and even with the hint.. I know the movie and tried to figure it out. The pic is a scene from the movie I know that but I tried the name of the movie in eng and fr and actress
