The pic name is the last name (he was also a painter). On his page, there's only a handful of movies under writer and actor.

Oh gosh I am still stuck on 28 for the last 2 days and even with the hint.. I know the movie and tried to figure it out. The pic is a scene from the movie I know that but I tried the name of the movie in eng and fr and actress
