The mask isn't the problem. The problem is finding the right cipher. It has something to do with the title.

this one i found to be very difficult, but Big Z on simplecodeworks left a good hint, u have to look deeper into the picture to find what you are looking for

Maybe my version of Paint is not good enough then. I tried all tools but still can't find a thing. This is frustrating!
