That's a tricky one, as the thing you make isn't a bomb - it's more like an incendiary grenade, and wouldn't actually do what the one in the story does
If you have the film hint, you already have one word - you just need one more, and there's only one explosive device I know of that has that word in its name.

Just stumbled upon this riddle a couple of days ago...and since I usually dont hve anyting to do in my working hrs, i started on it and it is really bloody brilliant....
And with the hints posted in this thread, I reached the final level which obviously you all have completed but I'm still having trouble doing so.

Part of the Hill Cipher is that the key can only be a square number in length - 4, 9, 16, 25, etc - and this gives the size of the grid you need to use. If you already know the size of the grid, you can therefore deduce the length of the keyword, and I may have dropped a hint in about that
As for Louis and Marie, that's where your rhyme comes in - try to find out which famous rhyme was allegedly written about them and you'll have all the info you need to work out the key.Comment

Btw, I had already figured out the rhyme that is mentioned is...but I can't figure out ta keyword....If ta keyword is indeed 9 letters long, I can't find any word in the poem that is 9 letters long.....If its four, ter is a lot of possibilities...just tell me tis much...is ta keyword actually there inside the rhyme???

got a keyword...
tried using that...got ta inverse matrix..but when i enter ta text onto the cipher text and click decrypt, nothing is appearing inside the plain text box!!!!???*puzzled*...

I'm so stupid. I myself live in singapore and I know this road very well too. But the fact that all this was happening in singapore kept avoiding me. Guess I was brain dead. Still, the coffee did it for me...
