What I am getting makes no sense. Tried to transliterate consonants and Atbash them. Just got gibberish. Any suggestions on a website that will help with the transliteration?

I had the same problem. I took a break then did a search for BLUE3 and the first site I clicked on gave me the correct code for this puzzle.

You don't have to translate it into hebrew text you just need to use a hebrew alphabet that's in order. eg alef=tav instead of A=Z

So using the "code" which I presume you know, it will be alef=tav and not A=Z etc. Then you get a 5 letter word.

Any clues on level 19? I'm lost. I reversed everything using a=z b=y c=x format. Nothing is working.

Look at your keyboard! Using the arrow hint and the keyboard to decode the message. Enter the message into Google search and you will see the answer to the query there.

Notice the in the address: aplhabetagammadelta.html. See the letters? I looked up the Greek alphabet on Wikipedia. Use the source hint with that to change the address.
