k so i went to wikipedia
and i typed in
petilla
and u go to this link:

and go to gallerys and drawings
and i saw the picture
and i got the guys name
ramon and cajal and those dont work

I figured out the building's architect, but his name doesn't work. city and country don't work. I need to translate that but it isn't Spanish. Portugeuse possibly

LOL! all I managed to translate was the first two words from french "one goes'
Perhaps there are a few languages going on...

no its catalan/castellano
its the language the speak in spain
the link the bottom of the picture is to the translator
and the link is broken and i fixed it
but it translated from catalan to
spanish into: d?nde va *naixer este arquitecto *catala
with the exception of naixer and catala which the translator does not understand it gives me this: where catala goes to naixer this architect
