I found writing the letters in the order they are in on the padlock was easier to use. Then just count the spaces just like you would in a caesar cipher if you were doing it by hand.

please help on binary! i have changed them to decimal (i think) but how do you change the decimal have looked in wikipedia but am just totaly lost!
