Done the first bit but not sure how to apply the numbers to the "levels". Got a feeling it's a trick of some sort(usually is) or maybe not. Help please.

EDIT: I'll come back later and see if it becomes clear then.

I know what the bottom sentence says but am unsure how to answer it...are we supposed to know from another level? or is there a special way of writing it, e.g. is it meant to be in leet?
