what am i supposed to do on 45? I've tried the obvious but it isn't right. Is it me or is it one of those easy ones I never get because I over-think them?

I didn't get a picture either, you don't need one. you need to look somewhere you normally would in a riddle to start with, you might have to go back a few steps to get the answer.

hmm....anybody pass any help along for level 15..

I know it has to do with the Caesar Cipher but nothing is working as in decoding either the uppercase or the lowercase...nothing makes sense
