Riddle 21 (or is it 22?) .rar files

You did it correctly except solving the last clue about go to your room of...and from there go to... - this is telling you which folders to open up like you did before - the first portion refers to a famous novel and you may have to google it - if it doesn't come up then you wouldn't get it - the second part tells you to go to a room of errors, find a number and divide it by 2 to get your number - the hint on the second part is you go there often in this game as you attempt to solve each riddle

Ok Golfhack I guess I need a stronger hint..I googled "your worst fears" and the closest thing I came to a "famous novel" was A SUM OF ALL FEARS written by Tom Clancy (which I have read) but this has nothing to do with dracula.

For hint about the second part, I only go to the source code or google often and neither polace helps me find a "helper" to DL.

Maybe I need a bigger shove.

Seek the source code, somewhere within it it will say img source=oldoak-a.jpg, this infers there is an oldoak-b.jpg...within the source code is also a reference to imaginary.jpg use these two .jpg files to solve riddle

If you google "Novel 'room of worst fears' " you'll find it - I put the room of worst fears in single quote marks to do the search - what I meant by the second part refers to this clue not another riddle - remember you are trying to come up with a number or something to tell you which combination of folders to look at to avoid the dreaded default "nothing" - the room of errors is the room you go to more than any in this game - the page that appears when you make a mistake

However, I have tried every combination I can think of woth those three digits to open the right .rar file and I can not get it...Do I have the right room # atleast?

You have one of the rooms you need a number that is 5-6 digits I believe read the clue again go to the room of.. and THEN go to.

Sorry Golfhack I can not decipher your clue.

If I go to the error page we get when we submit a wrong answer there is no number that is revealed. The only number on that page is the counter at the bottom which is always changing. I do not see a number I can divide by two.

from this I was able to get to riddle 23. I was able to derive the first solution by using the golden ratio. I thought the second solution was the room of fears. I thought the third solution was the room of errors. If I understand the hint you gave me then you are telling me that the room of fears and the room of errors lead me to the .rar file that reveals the second solution. I have figured out the room of fears but I still can not get the room of errors even after going where you told me to go. Adfditionally, if the room of errors assists in revealing the second solution then what clue is given to assist in revealing the third solution?

I apologize for the confusion but now you have a taste of what is going on inside my empty skull.

Meanwhile, can you tell me where in the riddle 23 does it lead us to a helper file we download. I have seen it in posts but I can not find a reference to a helper file within the riddle. Where is this file downloaded from?

EDIT2: Duh, I am an idiot...I just got the way to the helper file. I hate when things are right in front of my face.

I also went back to #11. But the helper gives different letters everytime... Nevermind I did it without pressing the button again this time. ^^

edit: btw, Got anywhere on 24?

OK, how is the helper useful if the series of numbers entered yields a different letter every time. i am missing something, any hint on the use of this helper? what is the relation to riddle 11? that was eranslating from latin.

for 23:
you can get to one of the / words you already know by clicking on two folders, sequentially. the numbers of the two folders are both 3 digits. the first is from "room XXX" from a famous novel (as golfhack said), the second is from error code "YYY" (what is the typical number associated w/ computer errors?).

you click on folder XXX, then on YYY/2 and you get one of the words you put in your spoiler above (nice of people to just post the answers like that).

then there's another puzzle where you click on two more folders and finally move forward to 24.

for 24:
you will need to use some information that's on a picture in a previous level. i think there's a clue in there that indicates which level. otherwise, you can re-play the game from the beginning and find a pic w/ some junk on it that you didn't need at the time of solving that level initially.

First I apologize for revealing more than I should. I have tried to follow the previous posts when it comes to content so as not to reveal anything more then already has been posted. I will be more careful with my posts.

twinmanonfire, congarts on your progress through this riddle. You and Dracvulaspiddle and golfhack have done very well. I pMed you a moment ago if you have a moment to retrieve and answer I would apreciate your time.

Edit: Thanks DraculaSpiddle for straightening me out on the riddle 21 or 22 that had the .rar files that was terribly frustrating and difficult.
