well for this one save the pic in a way that makes it readable as a text
u'll find so many symbols and strange letters that u don't need but u'll find some phrases there that u can read that is what u need
hope u get it

still stuck there with the right start any hints?????

Yeah, you're looking for a specific period of time... a number and a unit (ex, threeminutes.) I'm thoroughly confused on 4.
