one 2 digit number

and one number with decimal,

you must do the maths row by row.at the end of the every row you will get only 1 digit number.when you get all the answers for maths you must ask to elit

uhm..hello... i've finally given up searching for clues on my own...(after so many pages and random forums...) i'm stuck on level 13 in the Jam Wastelands, i know i have to transpose letters and stuff, but i'm totally confused with what i have left. Please help me!
