I have tried everything I could think of. Its obvious what the key refers to, but using it is something entirely different. I've tried dozens of things so far. I feel like I'm close to, but I feel like I'm overlooking something simple.Comment

shifting them one left/right alphabeticly...keaboardly....Comment

i thought that the number before the dash represented which letter in the ciphertext
and the number after the dash represented the number of letters it would shift
1-0 would be e shifting zero times
just got me gibberish though
